"Most SMBs (Small and Medium Size Business) are created with a service or product that has enormous potential, but only under the right business strategy and execution. SMB’s CEOs and business owners are usually very smart and driven: engineers, inventors, business owners and leaders, but they often lack the necessary knowledge to take their business to the next level. This business expertise is hard and expensive to find. And, while experience can help, the right background and education can be far more effective and efficient in developing and executing a growth, or turnaround strategy.
Most SMBs lack a formal and measurable business strategy for the short and long term. And, nearly all of them could use some guidance with their strategic, tactical and marketing initiatives. This is where Sigma Ridge thrives: Complementing the potential of our select clients to take their business to the next level."
